@TheDevilNextDoor - plans change, game 3 is so different than game 2 AI wise. I think we need CA to really balance the game before I even try to mod it. sorry mate :(

Sett I know u're busy but updating it now would be great. From what I red on CA blog the last dlc was final, and no major update will come except off some tweaks mechanics from wh3. Current state of campagin is crazy like, for example Marienburg wipe out whole Bretonnia in my playthroug. Same with Reikland in first 30 turn. Please reconsider updating it.

@TheDevilNextDoor - I will update this mod in warhammer 3, personaly I cant play the game without it.
so worry not. it will happen when I have time and we have warhammer 3.

Warhammer 3 will be out somewhere in December 2021 so not years but 10 months probably with 2 DLC for Warhammer 2 along the way. Greets to you Seth, hope everything is going good in you life. Cheers

Working with The Warden & the Paunch DLC.
This is a minimal updated, I did not test it more then 1 test so it could not work, but the diplomcy is ALOT more lore friendly (talking about the start pos - so no bretonnia - empire wars etc..)

This mod is based on a solid concept, but it seems the order tide makes it irrelevant. The order races form a bulwark against which the evil ones cant even survive long enough to challenge the world powers that are the empire and Dwarfs.

I think it will take a huge campaign rebalance by CA to fix the order tide before anything like this mod can live up to its great potential.

Finished campaigns with Tyrion, Count Noctilus, and Ikit Clawe. Observations:

- The Dwarves ended up as the biggest faction in 2/3 campaigns.
- Bretonnia spent an campaign fighting inside Norsca, Completely ignoring the Chaos invasions.

Everything else seemed to go really well and had a nice balance of power. Lot's of tense moments.

@zsmasher I found the same issue. To add to it, the new regions added to mortal empires with shadow&blade are visible on the map, but they cannot be entered, and the new factions added with this dlc don't exist in mortal empires.

There appears to be a bug with the mod where the most recent dlc and flc factions are not appearing on the mortal empire's faction selection menu but still appear on the vortex selection menu. I turned all my other mods off with just actual empire's on and this is the mod where the problem originates.

How champings usually go with this mod right now ? I want to start restart one wit Followers of Nagash, can count on some allies (Vamp Pirates,Vampires,Dark elves) or everyone is just gonna steamrolled by Highr elves ,dwars and empire ?
