Still works fine in 2025.
Half the size of the smallest vanilla parking lost, but also half the cost, remains to be a great addition.

No longer seems to work in P&P update. Lays blank slabs as do all other parking lots by this author.

Just added it to my city. Has nearly crashed everything! I get an error code every time I load my city, even though I unsubscribe to it as soon as I got the error code. WTH

@Jaff Monies try BIG parking lot roads - Basic Version, it's much more flexible and beautiful than this

This asset is perfect for early-game - can be easily manipulated with MoveIt, looks great, and the cars actually park in it.

If anyone knows of a larger asset that has the same functionality as this please drop a comment, I would find it very useful for downtown areas. Otherwise I'd probably still just use this one.

Not sure if you already have it and I am just lost but making it that we can rotate the parking for aesthetics reasons would be great like this we could get the back to back. ;-)

You can use the "Move It" mod to rotate the plot 180 degrees to look like the last pic. worked for me.

Making parking lots like last image is pretty easy, build a road around the area you want your parking lot, then alternate which road you place the lot along. This will butt them up against each other. Use this in combination with an alley to make large parking lots in front of a mall or in a shopping district.
