For the people who do not speak German:

A house in the valley on the road Whiterun- Markath ... near Fort Sungard (a little west of it) ...
south of Rorikstatt ...
Everything is furnished in a cozy atmosphere; to a small restaurant and a hut.
All cupboards are already stocked with books or other items.
All in all, the many existing books are probably one of the most comprehensive libraries of Skyrim.
