no npcs and all my alchemical and smithing items are gone form their storeage

Amazing house mod, just make sure you have you're alchemy/enchanting lab or kids room decided on before installing. Switching after the mod is installs creates a wall blocking access to that said room and cause the walls near it to start flickering and stuff

i had a bunch of items stored inside the chest right next to the main bed in the normal breezehome but when i loaded this mod it all dissapeared, how do i get it back? if i uninstall the mod and go back in the breezehome do i get them back?

For those having issue with random crashes and/or missing alchemy table/messed up furnitures, try the following: load this mod right after Dawnguard, Hearthfire and Dragonborn DLCs, and before any other mods, including the unofficial patch and high res texture pack

I love this mod but when i adopted a child it glitched and the kid just kept saying i can't wait once she was in the house.

Great mod and house! Just one thing I would like to see in such a big house, and that I would like to see at least 4 child beds. Would like it to be family friendly. Still give it a big 10.

I was able to purchase some breezehome upgrades from the guy in the tavern, but he's since disappeared and I can't find him anywhere to purchase the rest of the custom breezehome upgrades.

The mod sounds like a great idea. However, when I install it, the upstairs bedrooms are in one giant room when there should be a wall between them. The study has weapon racks hanging in midair. When I uninstall it and reload the game, half the mod is still active. Not sure how to fix that.

Amazing mod, exactly what I had been looking for. The only thing I would ask is, is it possible to have one of the armory rooms focussed around armor and one around weaponry? As it is right now I seem to have a shortage of mannequins to put my armor on. I would prefer to have every single armor set and weapon on display, because I can obviously (has nothing to do with the fact that I have no life I assure you.)

I liked this mod but will not be using it. Lucia will only say 'I can't wait' and I've tried the console command fixes but nothing worked so likely will just go back to vanilla or look for a version that IS compatible enough

Ok, so the problem is that: In the room with the arcane enchanter on the first floor, you can't activate the bookshelf to put books on it. But I love your mod and there are other bookshelves I can use until you fix it. :)

I like this mod, I only have two issues.
1: The child's room is blocked off, I need to tcl in to see my daughter.
2: The bookshelves in the library aren't bookshelves, they're wardrobes.

I really enjoy this mod, so far is the best breezehome mod i used, and i used alot in like 30 runs, but i have to unsuscribe, simple reason, theres no room for my kid, Lucia is just standing in the house without any room to go, something to consider
