When playing as Willow or Wendy, the timer will be obstructed by the companion badge.

This mod is independent from either one of those two mods. You can use it without either of them and it'll still work. You do, however, need Status Announcements to be able to announce your weapon's current cooldown time. Forge Cooldown Timer would probably end up breaking this mod, as they both show a timer for cooldowns.
It's been tested and works just fine in the Forge 2018 event.

Does it requieres both Status Announcement and Forge Cooldown Timer to work? Also, does it still works on the current forge event?

Subscribe to the mod linked in the description (Status Announcements) if you haven't already and SHIFT + Click your weapon to announce it.

To be fair, you need to be a very talented modder to create a mod that will be entirely useless in 10 days.
