@Max_ST it isnt about mods interfering with each other, the game only loads the last mod in the list. I ran into that issue and after i figured that out, decided to make my own combined mod to include everything i had into 1 mod file.

@Atrip3 After checking, the only mod installed that could intefere is "Improved character development", but its not activated on my save, so i think it shouldn't.
Other mods are just liveries pack or better sponsors

@Max_ST It shouldn't make a difference if you're on Mac or Windows. I can't test this on a Mac because I don't own one. Make sure there aren't any mod that would interfere with mine.

Hi, does this mods works on mac ? Cuz it doesnt seem to for me, my improvement rate on age or test track is still like +0.XX% so in total im still under +0.50% per week

I was afraid of that. Well thanks for the response. What little i could figure out from the game files it didnt look like there was a difference, i was just hoping i had missed something.

@Chasedtuna Unfortunately I can't make a difference between player's drivers and AI drivers. It's only a multiplier

@WellScripted No it does not work with F1 Manager mod. This mod has its own Stat Progression files.

it would seem that this mod also works in reverse. I checked one oth the opponent drivers that was old and started to decline. His stats were nuked to 0 due to the multiplier.
Do you know if there is any way to adjust this in the code so it only affects the increase?

Not sure. It may be if that mod doesn't edit "Engineer Stat Progression.txt" and "Mechanic Stat Progression.txt" in Databases folder

Not sure what happened but If I don't sim the practice it doesn't crash and I do not have them active

Because I really like this mod and also want more money....

Since it seems impossible to find a sponsor mod that works with any other mod, would it be possible for you to make a "Better progression" with one sponsor who gives some extra money when you create your own team? Something like the Carne Blanco sponsor mod which gives 20 million up front and 10 million fixed pay per race and deal length 5 races. If you make one sponsor deal with 1 star and one with 3 stars, that would be very helpful, so the player can choose how much cheating he wants to do, and when.
I understand if you don't have the time, but one can ask... :-)

Hi, i just tried and i noticed that only 1 of my driver got the x3 buff, others don't have, and mechanics too only 1 got buff, no problem with designer. Hope u update this sweet mod haha.

With x10 mod, in mid-season it gives 1 star, at the end nearly 2. This shoud give 1 star every two season
