If you use "mat_drawwater 0" in the console, you may disable crittcal mission objects and make the mission impossible to complete.
To be 100% sure just use the mod, but don't write in the command into the console.

Always wondered why there is such a high frame stutter even with fps above 200. This basically got rid of it by increasing by another 200. Thanks.

Yep.Just like Nyu said,you can't change some video settings in game menu.Source engine has a lot of stuff in cfg files.This addon disables useless commands

Intel HD graphics is low graphic. Most common cards are way much faster than mine , which is integrated in the CPU. I just said: lower settings ingame and done, no need for any mod.

This addon is best thing for low pc's and weak videocards.For top pc's its increase fps and make better visibility.So i dont understand your question

Nice idea but who needs this ? I play with intel HD graphics, ok not maxed out but lower settings at some points and game runs smooth at 60 or more fps.
