Ok :D
Gyroic  [skapare] 20 maj, 2019 @ 17:04
yeah?

this mod only changes the building textures so that should work just fine with this

Is it possible to make a different colors? The reason because there are some movies and reality as well that has a different color. For example, club and hotel. They might do something X you know :D

@Rusty Shackleford,

it should, I'm certain that I didn't touch the skybox building textures

Is this compatible with Ellie's HD Skyline mod?

I look forward to it, and good luck with the computer my man.

I'll take a look at ways to darken and make the lights more yellow.

Right now I can't change it due to me not being home right now and I'm also getting a new computer and It'll take me a bit of time to get it running properly.

so, this mod looks a little bit off, i think it's the color of the lighting is too white, it doesn't fit the rest of the color palette well. I think if it were changed to a soft yellow hue it might look better.

It's a little too bright.

Gives the feeling that some people are holed up in their apartment rooms trying to wait out the chaos.

Can't wait for the L4D2 variants. If you tone down the window brightness a bit, it should look good for both day and night.

I'm sorry that I've been late to address this issue, I don't have a clue as to how to dim the lights but I have some ideas as to make it less bright.

I'll see what I can do and if I can get it to work, I'll update this accordingly.

This is a great idea but the light is blinding.

@[FOR] Reason

Sorry about the late response, but I figured it out while messing with L4D1's textures and compairing them with Counter Strike: Source's textures and I notice that one of the buildings in-game was very bright for some reason after swapping texture and vmt files.

Turns out it was a vmt setting for one of the buildings that made it render bright. After that I just changed some building textures so only the windows were bright and not the entire building.

(vmt files are just files which tells the game how to render each texture in the game)

Looks great, congrats, and how'd you end up doing it?
