@Crusader: The XML file isn't in the mod. Just copy from one of the the other arcos (e.g. Forest, 919075366) and change appropriately.

I have fixed it now. I put the crp file further into the folder accidentally for future Ploppable RICO update (and even with it, I was not supposed to put it there either). My mistake. If you're still playing the game, close it and let it update first. Sorry :(

Yep. I got the same problem. Cannot find the asset neither in game with find it! or in menu with the content manager.
