Yep, this is a must-have if it's a flair, but I can't justify giving it wheel space for a sprint clone. Best of luck in changing it to a flair! :)

This is a really nice hat, but it has a rather irritating bug: every level starts with this hat equipped while still showing the last hat you had as the one equipped.

If there is a tutorial available to make it into a flair I would gladly update this; I haven't touched HiT modding since it came out so I'm a bit back at the beginning of the mod knowledge

I'm glad it's not auto-equipping, but I wish it was a flair and that it became transparent alongside the rest of Hat Kid when the camera zooms in, just to make it more cohesive with the rest of the game.

The auto-equiping issue isn't just on your end -- it looks like whatever the last hat on the wheel is gets selected whenever you spawn in, no matter where on the wheel you really are.

That said, this is identical to the sprint hat. Why not have it be a flair? I dislike cluttering up my time wheel with duplicates.

Alright , so im new to the Steam workshop and the mods and all that but i tried installing this mod so i clicked subscribe and then i relogged the game put the sprint hat on but nothing really changed. Do i need a Dye?

Since it has the sprint hat effect, it ought to actually be an alternate flair of it rather than it's own slot.

This is cool, but I think you accidentally made it a copy of the sprint hat, because I keep finding duplicate sprint hat flairs in the roulette titled "Link's hat."

yeah, I've done that several times, unsubbed to all mods except this hat and it still refuses to launch.

Seems to be an issue with a recent update; try deleting everything in your mods folder and launching the game again, that apparently fixes it for the time being.
