It needs a long time to handcuff. So I don't need it. And after arresting, the player can't walk fast..

You can in any gamemode, I just say DarkRP as example, but I play with friends in Sandbox and it works, don't worry ^^

Can you only arrest players on DarkRP or can you also do it in any gamemode? For example: Sandbox.
