Oh My Gosh! I Found The NPC Version Of It! If You Have The Russian Rick Core NPC, Get This One Too Because It Will Change The Picture To Where You Find It, And It's Language Will Turn English! (Sometimes When You Spawn It It Will Still Be Russian. But Then It Will Turn English In The Next Phrase.)

There were various circumstances that prevented me from doing it, first I copuldent figure out how to animate him since he dosent have a very expressive personality and hes a fast talker, then the vcd system broke gamewide, when it was repaired the software I needed to generate the vcd files was broken but now that works and the source files I need are in front of me so...
