Iridar's SPARK Arsenal 3.0 adds a range in the BIT to make it compatible with Scanning Protocol. There's also a TON of other changes in it that can interfire with Flurry.

It's been a pretty long time since I booted up XCOM2, but if I remember right that means that some other mod is stomping on range changes I made to the Bits.

Pretty big glitch when using this: the "flurry" ability designed to reaction punch any enemy that enters or leaves melee range activates instead whenever somebody moves in my Spark's line of sight, meaning it punches enemies from like 5 tiles away.

You do need the WOTC version of Spark Custom Class support for this though.

I've found a fix to use this in WOTC. It requires a quick ini file change. Go to the mod's XcomSparkClass.ini and delete the first line only, and replace it with [SPARKCustomClassSupportWOTC.SparkClasses]

Anyone else having issues with this class not being selectable after the TLP update? I can't imagine it changed much affecting this so it may be my heavily modded game, but if anyone else is having similar issuse it might mean the mod needs an update. Started a new game, then another with all the WOTC specific mods related to this and sparks but no luck so far.

No idea. I don't have any influence on actually selecting the class, that's all on the Custom Class Support mod's side. I don't know the specifics of how it's done.

Keep in mind that the way it works is by having you choose what class to promote the SPARK into after you build it (by going to the normal promotion screen). If that's not working then there might be some kind of conflict messing with the support mod or something.

Just switched the required mod back to -bg-'s SPARK Custom Class Support. The crash has been fixed and wounded Pugilists work correctly now.

Other SPARK mods not impacting Pugilists is mostly those mods checking specifically for the vanilla SPARK class.

All this mod contains is the class definition and the code for the combat abilities. Anything outside of that is part of Custom Class Support.

In general, pugilist sparks also aren't affected by other spark-modifying mods, such as spark ammo slot and Sparks with AWC abilities.

I tried switching back to the original Class Support mod, the SPARK still doesn't repair. (Scanned for 6 days before the next mission popped up). Are you sure it's because of the new Class Support Mod?

Yeah I did notice that later. That's wholly on the Class Support mod's side as far as I can tell. Nothing I can do about it on my end.

Switching to "SPARK Custom Class Support WOTC" prevents the end of mission crash for me. The damaged SPARK doesn't show a number of days anywhere, I'll have to see if it is being repaired at all. (It's assigned in engineering)

Actually that gives me an idea. Anyone who's been having that crash try using this: http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1128879172 instead of the version set in the required mods above. They handle injured SPARKs differently after a mission and I'm wondering if that's it.

I also have the crash on mission end. Pugalist took a bit of damage, maybe that's what triggered it? I have completed previous missions with the Pugalist, but without it taking damage during the mission.

After the other things i've tried, disabling the pugilist was the only thing that would allow that save to get back to the avenger.
