Crash when i want to launch it, mod creator have to fix it

I can't seem to load this level. I tried everything; validating the game files, un- and re-subscribing, I even at one point uninstalled it, closed the game, re-subscribed, then waited 2 hours to make sure everything downloaded. None of this works, the game just gets stuck and freezes on the loading screen. Help?

thats what I did but it couldnt swing high enough to ever jump on top of the platform

the ending part was pretty cool. i wouldn't mind a map were you have to climb up with the grabbing hook in that way. pretty short, but you did say that in the title
