I offered you a simple solution to this misunderstanding.

New unit models? It can be possible. Many people have created mods for games that give it new units/maps/regions.
Ever played Medieval 2? They have a Middle Earth mods that adds orcs/wargs/trolls and other such characters.
Dont dismiss a possiblity because you can't fo it or can't fathom it to be possible.
