Turns out this wasn't the cause, there was a glitch with the talos.ini file. But still, engine update, apparently it's gonna update again soon to be backwards compatible, but idk when that's gonna happen.

I think the newest updates broke this again, because when I load up the game, I get sent into the demo version and can't access the main menu. No skin is visible.

Well, it's still workin for me on moddable, bones a bit broken on normal version, but I don't really know what could be messing up for ya I'm afraid D:

yup, i changed it to sam and back to default a coupl etimes but that didn't work.

i fiddled around with the mod for hours and nothing worked, my compuer might have simply messed up so im re-downloading the game, i'll comment again if it's fixed :3
