If companies are to be believed, then yes. But I would recommend separating the Oreo from Hat Kid before consumption.

I talked this through with Master Dimentio on Discord. Seems like their A Hat in Time isn't moving mod in place properly. I don't know how to resolve it, and reinstalling the game is probably the best solution.

Make sure it's enabled, go to the mods menu while in the world and enable it.
You also have to manually select it, and it's even possible that it went off screen due to a bug with the game.

@Silverfeelin I only see two options under beta. None opt out or Beta Mod support which I'm on. If there's a third option I don't know how to use it but would appreciate if you could teach me how.

@Master Dimentio: You must be on the modding support beta branch. Right click the game in Steam and press Properties. You can access it under "Betas".
