Could you please remove the fact that faction from your side (Good / Evil / Neutral) do not confederate ? Or at least tell me how can i remove it for myself.

This Version here has a complete rework of all Personalities by itself, no need for the hard ones.

Load the No Confederations before this Mod here and it should probably work.

Also is there a chance this Better Diplomacy mod is compatible with "Diplomatic Options - No Confederations"?
I have really bad experiences with AI confederations where some factions confederate so much they got 20 settlements by turn 16, so i would rather completely prevent confederations...

This mod sounds really awesome but honestly i like "Hard AI Personalities on all Difficulty Levels" a lot and it states it is not compatible with Better Diplomacy Submod.
Is there a chance you could please merge these two so that we can have both Hard AI Personalities as well as the Better Diplomacy?

Thank you for making this wonderful mod series, Minos.

It might be of interest to you that starting a campaign with this submod causes all the factions to have no diplomacy traits, except Ruin-Dweller and the one that makes them aspire to be a great power IIRC. Is this intended and also the case on your side, or is it a problem on my end?

Playing with this Mod now by myself in an older Vanilla Campaign for Comparison and after some Turns a World War broke out.

Ill add here and there additional Tweaks from Time to Time, because this is longtime tweakable Mod, which can never be perfected ;)

Btw. should work with SFO, if you use Kaedrin Mod Manager and load it before SFO in Load Order.
Although SFO adds own Diplomacy Scripts and additional Diplomacy Tweaks, so im very unsure about the Results, but i guess they are minor...

I play with SFO, excellent mod Minos, the game become very hard and we never see an alliance with dwarves and greenskins or vampire. Your mod are fundamental for this game.

Updated:

- added more Stuff:
- enhanced Personalities:
for Example now with corrupted Humans Diplomacy (Vampiric+Chaos)

- Balance Tweaks of Diplomacy Numbers (more difficult)

- Vampire AI should now be able to confederate

- if you play evil Factions, only the Order Factions will confederate and if you play good Factions, only the evil Factions will confederate - this will create a hard good vs evil War

- all AI Legendary Lords will confederate, but not if you play them, so for Example expect Fay Enchantress maybe confederating some, together with Alberic and Louen

- more Diplomacy regarding War/Peace Turn Time Penalties etc. tweaked

- tweaked Money handling of Diplomacy AI

Apparently ive learned to create and add new AI Personalities, so keep up for Changes and please leave Feedback!

This was in my opinion the best diplomacy mod. I used it with you AI mod, so I'm sure that helped balance things out. But I don't even care for the balance, this was the most lore friendly diplomacy mod. Haven't found another that comes close enough to what this was.

First game with your mods, excpet for Climate submod one...playing woodelf, at 200 and over turn...still not seen a single confederation between AI factions...is this normal?

I like this mod except that it causes Dark Elves and Skaven to have -40 aversion with each other which causes them to war with each other more often. Not sure that helps the overall balance of the game.

@MINOS His mod description page doesn't say that it messes with diplomacy, so I want to say it will work with this as well, if it's working with your Advanced AI mod. Think I'm gonna give them a whirl and see how they work. I'll let you know if something super buggy comes up. Thanks man!

The main and this should be - same with Scripts i guess.
But better to test each Mod invidiual.
Look with the custom mod manager If there are conflicts.
If it doesn't crash, should be fine, as I think, choice doesn't touch AI or diplomacy, right?

Because they only confederate, when you are playing opposing evil Factions.
And Middenheim and Marienburg are independent City States,so to make it very unlikely for them, to confederate.

Why does bretonnia and the dwarf faction which are main factions have underdog traits on hard difficulty in this mod, also middenheim and marienburg have fixed unreliable traits from hard to easy difficulty

I like how you gave Norscans an affinity towards each other. I don’t like being to only faction of a race on the map and confederating Varg gives you enough territory as it is. Any chance you could change throgg and wulfrik to be able to form an alliance as well? I usually like to leave other LL of my race as a separate ally.

You can see this as an Infighting between Bosses, not the whole Factions.
When the whole Factions are fighting with each other, you will see very quickly huge Dwarfen Blobs, more than ever...

This is an intersting mod, i was looking for something like that to reduce the lore inaccurate infighting of the lizardmen but i noticed the mod caused the various orc tribes to be too friendly between each others and this is wrong too since orc are a belligerent race and have a lot of infighting. i hope this will be solved in the future.

None that I know of sadly.
Also, a startpos mod like that might not be in line with the changes your mod makes in diplomatic relations between factions.
They are also incompatible with other startpos mods.

What did you mean with "it is possible"? How is it done?

Update:

- Relations for third Parties modified
- overall max Relations tweaked
- Penalties for Raiding,Trespassing and Agent Actions lowered (they were higher than the actual Military Actions)
- Trade Agreements easier and more engaged by the AI

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by "all major factions will confederate". Do you mean, regardless of which faction you play, these factions will always confederate?
