For some reason when I plop them with RICO the buildings are invisible? The concrete foundation appears but then the game automatically removes it. Anyone experienced a similar problem?

Yes, commercial and industrial buildings only have 3 levels. Residentials have 5 levels.

These look very authentic and well detailed.
Just a question tho - are high commercial buildings limited to level 3....? Must be residential high that goes to 5....?

I have longed for an Asian building style similar to this. The buildings look beautiful. I hope you'll release enough level 2s and level 3s to compile them as a complete building theme.
