@Mikeastro, oh, I can't believe you remember me. Yes I did try many different solutions, including ones online. Nothing worked because of the aforementioned i.e. things not lining up correctly. Maybe an update changed the physics? In any case, my comment was about the impossibility of discovering the solution since things don't line up. You are an amazing puzzle maker anyway!

@Bollen Great to hear from you again! I hope you are well these days. Have you tried looking at Joric's solution? It uses a different and more consistent method than bullfrog's

I just can't get it to work... I spent an hour figuring it out, tried everything. Eventually gave up and looked up the answer and there's the problem! The cube is either not landing in the white square or when it slides through the bridge it goes too far or not far enough. Therefore, it's impossible to find the solution, because even if you do, the physics don't work out...!

@RotakeR Thank you for the video! I'm happy to hear you enjoy the content on my channel :D It's an ambitious project to go through all my chambers, but at least the order you chose should hopefully assure a steady increase in design quality If you persevere, you will be in for quite a few mind benders further down the road...
This puzzle is a bit rough; I might want to completely redo it at some point. Your solution seemed intended enough to me for as far as I can remember; thanks for the video! In the description you will find two more solutions; you might enjoy comparing them to yours

Only recently I found out about your channel and I'm having a blast going through all your chambers (going in order from the oldest). Another cool puzzle here, I included a video of my solution , since some parts felt ever so slightly more gimmicky that usual, mainly middle bits. Also, what is this cube doing at 1:05

Great puzzle ! I'm impressed that i beat it around the 20 min mark ! I also did the final step a bit different by ignoring the button on top of the stairs !

This is still a truly excellent puzzle. I read your comment 10 Apr @ 10:36pm; yes "vertically" makes much more sense and I have no idea why I didn't do it that way in the first place!

@Teo Thanks for playing! Indeed the design of this one could be improved a lot, as it's quite old, but again, the puzzle itself isn't terrible. My original solution considered that key more verically, so I was quite surprised to find that bullfrog's alternative worked so consistently! Anyway, glad you liked it

Wacky. I found it relatively easy, but I really enjoyed all of the reuse of surfaces and areas. Technically you don't have to do the 'cube slides across lightbridge to interrupt laser move' but it's more fun to do it that way :P Thumbs up!

That was tough, I had to come back to this one a few different evenings before solving. Some very clever moves here that are not at all obvious. Well done.

Well, couldn't solve this one. But I watched the video and I have to admit it's very clever. Looks like I'm not experienced enough to rate it any less than 8/10, so I hope you'll keep on making hard maps so that I can get better :P

@Joric Excellent work, and thanks a lot for the video! You should keep in mind that my difficulty scale, as it is now, is sort of based on the perception of the average player. More experienced players will not rate this one so high, and rightfully point out that the hardest maps in the workshop would fly off the scale if this is 'really' 8/10 :)

Watched @jgaultney (already fixed) and @bullfrog post-factum yep that was an intended one. Wow I can solve 8/10 maps. Don't make it simpler it's pretty lenient as it is.

i hope thats the way because its a great sequence. and then i was able to finish the map. very excellent!!

ok i went back and tried again to come up with the way to get the cube. i hadnt looked at your hint. is this the way? when on the funnel side i used the moveable panel to respawn the cube,quickly hopped back on and went back to the funnel side. then i hit the moveable panel button and put a portal under the dropper,then i put one on the wall where the bridge hits. i let the cube respawn and it slid on the bridge to block the laser beam. so then i put the funnel on to catch the second cube and take to the button. so once the little fizzler is down i put a portal under the cube that is now sitting on the bridge and quickly turned around andhit the portal surface behind the small fizzler. and now i have the cube

i havent looked at your hint yet so im not sure if it may be the reason why i finished without using the button on the wall

@jandlml Ah, thanks for letting me know about that! I'll see if I can fix that. As a hint for the intended solution: observe the panel behind you that can open up, with a delay you must exploit, but to open it up you need the funnel. Can you think of another way to block the laser apart from near the receiver?

ok i got it. not sure what you intended but i got it by using the moveable panel to grab the first cube and hold it low so it doesnt hit the fizzler.

i thought i had one idea but i needed a couple more seconds

ok you got me . i cant figure this one out. i watched a teeny bit of the walkthru but you changed the part of getting the cube over which what i was trying to do beofre and it didnt work. so what should i be paying attention to in order to get that cube?

Hey jgaultney! Thanks a lot for your video, I really appreciate it! You did do something interesting to retrieve the cube that spawns above the goo that was indeed not intended. I'll fix it by adding a portalmagnet on the tile facing the cube button with the X. Apart from that you followed the intended path ^_^
