What we really need is a Ammo-Medic bag Akimbo Automatico (AMB-AA). An AB-AA is in one hand, and an MB-AA in the other. You won't have to worry about health OR ammo anymore - they're both packed into one slot.

@Quad, aee you playing in the beta version? Right click on the game, go to propeties, go to betas and such and then opt into the beta. Hopefully that works.
