You need to start Gmod first, in order to download it, it then appears in your "addons" in the spawn menu

The arm textures on her default Cerberus outfit are missing, don't know if it's something on my end or if it's something else entirely.

Alright guys, thanks to Pax i could find the solution why the model crashed the Game: The bumpmap fopr her arms texture was too big. I replaced it and the model should work fine now.
