Actual corpses might have their separate models, but I think it will replace the NPC's armours.

Just an update for everyone thats got the same problem: uninstalling all mods, uninstalling the game then reinstalling everything did the trick for me. Just make sure you subscribe to the RCM first, then M4-78, after that all other mods

No, sorry, it should work by just subscribing.
You don't have to also copy files to the main override folder, that can in fact cause problems.
