Shuffling through all of my old mods and removing anything deprecated or may crash and noticed this, after I just went through this ordeal on F4.
Without this mod, some bullet holes, blood splatter, explosion sooth and ruble disappear a turn or so after it's appearance. With this mod they persist for the full extension of the mission (up to a point to avoid performance drop).
Rewritten for more clarity.
Disabled Impact PhysX Particles have been restored and now properly spawn
-Some Re-enabled PhysX particles have been improved upon, and more changes are soon to come
-All PhysX particles last forever however, there is a global limit to prevent performance drops
-Decals from weapon impacts have been improved upon and made persistent

The features threw me off, and as such it confused me, I am better at English then anything else. being an Author.

Vortex ♀ Pixalation is aware, but did not want to do anything about it at this time, as is their right.
I'l tryl disabling the ragdoll mods and just use this one - see if that changes anything.
