This is compatible with other mods that give chosen abilities right?

Is it possible to make this a chosen Strength that she can only get when she get's stronger?

First of all, I apologize for the delay in work due to the Highlander issue, and I have sad news for those who have been waiting for the mod. Sadly my computer was attacked by ransomware a few days ago. Because of this, many of the mod materials I was working on were lost.

Currently, my main work computer has been serviced by a mechanic. I'm just hoping they can recover as much material as possible, and I'm looking for a backup copy of my XCOM mod. Sorry to keep you guys waiting.

PS: Coincidentally, I first found the CIV 6 mod file that had been neglected for about 3 years. I will serve in another Firaxis game for a while until the data is restored or I get a call from the mechanic.

Might this ability be interfering with the ability to melee attack Chosen? That is, when I melee her, she gets her bladestorm for running in, and then her bladestorm for the actual attack (both expected behavior). However, then, when the attack I started goes, she just takes no damage at all. I don't know if this is the culprit itself, or maybe something to do with your LW2 Chosen Perk Pack and its parries, but I was wondering if you might have an idea?

I have an issue with the Assassin and wonder if this mod might be the culprit.
The Assassin does not engage and is very hard to find as she just stays in one location. When she is spotted, she does her vanishing trick four times in a row, before staying visible anyways, still not moving.
This mod is the only one I am running affecting the Assassin.
Can I remove it without issue?

noop. Her bladestorm has a chance to miss. Nonetheless, the assassin is able to defend herself against melee attacks.

Does she have 100% chance of hitting with bladestorm?

Meshing this with the Chosen Ruler Reactions and AI mod should make for the best kind of demoralizing, obscenely unfair experience necessary to balance things out late into a modded game.

No it does work, it just doesn't show the perk

Can you make this a Strength that the Assasin can earn through training, instead of a hidden starting skill?

wiped out a complete squad (5 men) in 5 Minutes. Thats what I call a challenge. Next time I will try frostbomb...thank for your mod. The Assasin Bit*%# is now a worthy enemy.. Great

ctrl-z try harder difficults .. on commander they have one more strength ability and take prisoners after one turn your soldier is busy and u diddnt help him out.. :D with this mod commanders Assassin is nearly unbeatable.. but i love it.. :D please do some more for the other chosens!

Thanks a lot for making this. I'm most certainly not the best player, but I'm not even nervous when The Chosen show up. They shouldn't wipe out your whole squad, but somebody getting killed or taken prisoner should be a very real possibility when they show up.

jayofgrey my Chosen Assassin have GoodEye or so (dont know how this ability named in english), she decloaked all my nearby units! so.. whats your next tip? :D

Would it be possible to add this to her possible perks tree? (Tone it down a bit, since she won't *always* have it - but still give her access to it.)

Battlescanner, Flanking (even when she's invisible), Scanning Protocol (Specialist's Perk) take away her main strength - stealth. You can also have a concealed Reaper/Ranger nearby to see her.

There's also a cheasy way to make the encounter trivial: at the start of the mission, while whole squad is stealth'd, kill a mob with Reaper (without breaking stealth). If the Assassin spawns, she'll just get stuck cloaking/decloacking untill you break concealment. Flank -> Kill -> PROFIT

wtf? first meet up: she dash up to my sharpshooter and killed him with one slash, then run away.. i follow and shoot at her - miss, she killed my second soldier with return fire.. third soldier throw a grenade- that works only until she get more strength btw.. :P skirmisher use Justice and.. get killed, mission failed.. WTF! :D headbanging@table!
