This is genuinely one of my favorite skyscrapers on the workshop. It's a common style of building in real life, but its the sort of thing I seek out specifically in Cities Skylines. Very cool!

@Artemis *Seven* Yes, i know. But sometimes a RICO building has name on it, or is very specific. This one blends in nicely if you plop more than 1 of them throughout your city.

That's what RICO is for. It turns it into a fully working residential building with as many households as you want. And it will cease to be a "Unique Building". Also there is a mod "Not So Unique Buldings" which allows you to re-use any unique buildings as many times as you want.
You just have to plop it manually (it's not going to be growable).
