@Chairman Meow Zedong - I figured it out, have you finished power armor research? If you do not have power armor researched it won't appear under the bills

@ExterminateJuice oh thanks, I appreciate you doing this, but just like Kaptain Kav said, it involved misplaced or wrongly named textures which I goof up often times too, that's what causes them for me and for most

In the comments it talks about pink box glitch and allot of mods have it. Just trying to get the info around for how to avoid that problem.
