It should be in specialised ships once you save it. You can also save it as a template. Then you'll need to equip it with tech you have. Saving as template will allow you to add it to a new custom race for personal use. To upload a custom races with others works need their permission.

Hm... Afterthought: The style does remind me of the WC3 Thunderbolt a bit - not in detail, but in general style...
