Just like all the other custom crosshairs. You get the crosshair image and align it properly.

You can take my addon as the base, unpack it, and edit the image. As to how to edit .VPK archives (unpacking etc.), refer to this guide: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=355183255

Do you know how to make arma crosshair like this one ? it will simulate aim down sight crosshair
