To find the animations, press Control + Q in the editor. Click on the one you want and press Control + C. Click the guy you want to pose, and press Control + E

I'm still confused on how to find and use your animations, mostly because i'm sorta new to Arma 3 and I just couldn't find it.

they looks pretty good but one suggestion is to start moving a bit the feet rotation and position as they all have the same position
