@KingLeno -- I'm just curious...what is the difference between 1000 Morgan Street and 1010 Morgan Street? As far as I can tell they're exactly the same except for a slight change in color. All other addresses have an original design. It's no big deal....I'm just curious. Thanks.

@ctctuga who knows, I made these 3 years ago. I imagine it's just the 1 prop from the workshop and maybe vanilla props but who knows

Do these have any assets included other than the dk paths? Vanilla ones, or are they blank?

@david.redford15 sounds like you either didn't save the RICO settings you changed it to, or deleted the included RICO settings, which would just make them growable, and disappear when unzoned. My advice, just leave them alone. If leaving them alone doesn't work, then there may be conflicts with your mods. Way too many possibilities. With this game, and mods, sometimes shit just happens.

@kingleno sorry it wasnt explained clearly. I use Rico mod to make this asset contain 1 household when I place the asset it does that has one household. On reloading the game the assets all contain 3 households and after a short while vanish from map. I have no trouble with any other residential assets doing this including many of yours just these. Not stating there to blame just after advice on how I could possibly rectify it. Thanks

@david.redford15 don't really know what you're asking, but I do know it doesn't have anything to do with the buildings and everything to do with mods you're using.

Placed these home using Rico latest update.. Down as one household and correct on placement but when I reload game on variation disappears and the others jump to 3 households instead of 1 anybody have an idea why??

@brandon yes, i've been planning on making that for a while, just drove by a couple houses with them yesterday. unfortunately, even the simplest thing takes time away from other things

Hi I wondered if you'd be interested in making an American flag valance for your Morgan st 1 story home's windows as a prop-those windows are of average size in game be used as reference scale. I see these a lot in the front windows of stores in downtown where I live in florida and I think it would be a nice touch in cities skylines. Older historic buildings often have them in windows ( at least where I live) I think Memphis would be no different/ placed using prop snapping... anyway just an idea to make my city recreation project more realistic. And your Morgan street homes are Identical to ones near where I live in the historic downtown with the long porches and wood siding! LOVE THEM pls make more residential assets in the future

@smithbenjames if that's a problem for you, then it has to do with RICO and whatever other mods you're using. Nothing to do with the asset itself

@KingLeno, I'm not sure how long you have been focused on improving your public speaking/listening, but you must have come a long way or you are simply not as bad as you thought. You are well spoken and not dry, crumbly voiced and no stuttering. If you are looking for constructive criticism, work on reducing your instances of speech disfluency, or fillers (e.g., uh, um). They are not distracting or numerous but that is about the only critique I can provide. Otherwise, you are good to go buddy!

Do more houses You have the best architectural styles for realistic looking residential areas you should design more ghetto houses and lower middle class looking houses theres not a lot of realistic looking low income buildings on here but you make them the best
