AMAZING job!!!

that's probably why i like it so much :P there's not vast amounts of unused space simply for armor/weapons/junk. i don't collect them in great quantities; leaving empty weapon racks and bare manneuins to be more of an eyesore... Seviseth is an actual home ^ ^
Elrathi  [作成者] 2014年6月8日 2時43分
Haa, thank you! The aim of this project was never to include the functionality or most other house mods (vast storages + infinite mannequins) but moreover to appease the aesthetic cravings of the eye. Glad you're enjoying it :)

yay~ ♪ ♪ horses are better than people...♪ ♪ lol steeds notwithstanding, this mod is still my favourite- i'm crazy about the underground spring XP *throws respect in the form of glitter*

Hey! A stable was a part of the original plan, but as of now this house is unlikely to see new updates. If i ever happen to build a new mod, i'll be sure to include horsehomes ;)
Glitterbug 2014年6月3日 13時45分
i don't know if there are any plans for this anymore :P but maybe there could be a stable by the house?

Hey there! It's been ages since I worked on this, so I can't promise the answer is accurate: the key should be on the small table on the left side of the entrance door.

Where can I find the key to this house I have not found, If you will tell me where I can find the key. thank you

Gillan; thanks! It is much appreciated :) Maybe I should do another one as this was just the 1st practice with the tools :3

I've added this to a collection, I thought you mioght like to know (as it's a compliment) as i know you don't get notifications on this. Thanks for the great mod ;)

Thank you so much for the feedback, Ralak! Yes, I personally dislike the design many modders use (1000+ racks etc.) as I feel it greatly breaks immersion. Tried to make this house feel like a natural part of the world. A fun fact - the small loft bedroom was actually one of the few things thought out before making this! I've personally always liked small, cozy bedrooms that feel more like a private retreat from all the clamour downstairs ;) This being said, your points are truly valid and much appreciated!

I am 'interviewing' a good 50+ house mods (going through them one by one in-game) and, so far (at 25 or so), your house has the BEST authentic, actually-a-liveable-house feel to it. Really nice open floorplan, great decorating (and not cluttering as many objects in as possible, I see a lot of houses with almost no walking space), kudos on not making it 100 weapon racks + a bed. Aside from not being able to move the spouse in (and I totally would if it were possible), I think the one and only downside to this house is the relatively small master bedroom. Compaired to the open space areas downstairs, the upstairs bedroom has a sort of last-minute add-on feel to it, like an attic converted to a bedroom. If the bedroom matched the rest of the house, size-wise, I would be voting Seviseth #1 livable house mod. :)

Hey there everyone, and BIG thanks for the feedbacks! :)

Unfortunately I've been hitting a snag with personal time management, but I'm considering starting another house / manor project soonish. In any case, to answer a few well placed questions, I lack the scripting talent to make your spouse / adopted children move in with you. Therefore Seviseth Manor is, and will always remain,

A MAN HOUSE!

I like this! Well thought out and designed. I rated it THUMBS UP.

I look for several things - ease of going and getting through the house.
The ability to upgrade my spoils.
The ability to create my own.
(I supply my followers with Dragon Amour and weapons. They are enchanted as well. I do not want them dying on me, when I choose to use them.)

Location - Location - Location. I like to stash - repair - upgrade my spoils and keep them in the local HOLDS so I can trade/sell and such and keep the $$ in that given HOLD villages and cities.

BOTTOM LINE: A+ .. very very nice.

The house is really beautiful!! sadly it can't be used for spouses, but still a very fine piece of work u have done:)
Thank you so much for the mod

Très bon mod... manque un peu de protection tout autour comme un muret...?
lostsoul 2012年12月13日 11時23分
A great house but I would like less chairs around the table and two more beds.I tend to travel mob handed. Am pleased you didn't build it directly on top of the bad guys. A fight before breakfast is not what I like. Still I think I will be keeping it.
larryddd 2012年12月10日 0時54分
Not sure this is what I'd call a luxorious house I have several other houses (limbwood manor and candy pond ranch) which are posh. Dont get me wrong the house layout is great but having barrels all over the place labeled carrots, mead etc when all the barrels could go into the kitchen, would also be nice to have some red carpets spread out which tends to brighten houses up.Also why is it that most houses have green bed covers when there are other colours you could use. Just an idea why dos'nt someone get us to pay for updates for instance if we wanted a posh pool or posh bedroom why not pay for it. Most people after level 40 plus have stacks of money and nothing to buy, I know I have. hope this does not sound negative its still one of my favourite houses just think it could do with being more up market.thanks for the hard work
mushashi 2012年12月9日 19時56分
Thanks for your answer, Elrathi.

Ah well, you can't have everything, can you?
You're probably right. The story still have the option freeing Valerica, and will probably create a conflict somehow.

I can try installing your mod when I have finished the main storyline (after killing Lord Harkon), and let Valerica stay in the Soul Cairn. At least I think it wouldn't work at the same time.

As for the 'Spouse Can Live Anywhere-mod': I don't know if it works properly.
I tested it with the 'Bluecreek Estate', but that was before I installed the 'Moving Family Bug' mod (it looks like it was a controverse with the scripting for Breezehome and Lakeview Manor that messed things up).
Elrathi  [作成者] 2012年12月9日 14時50分
Hey everyone! Thank you for the comments!

I intentionally made this house with less mannequin/weapon plaque stuff, made it more like a luxorious home that some really rich bloke actually owned once. The main purpose was to provide a maximum comfortable looking home for the weary adventurer, regardless of class or background.

Regarding moving in with a spouse and childred, this mod does not include scripts for that, and I am sorry about this. It proved too complex for me to work out. To the best of my understanding there is a mod out there that allows a spouse to move in with you anywhere, but don't bet your coin on that.

The mod is compatible with the official addons, but not the additional features (children). Keep posting ideas or comments if something is broken or you would like to see some addition, I will take it into consideration when building the next version out of this!
mushashi 2012年12月9日 10時03分
Is this house Hearthfire compatible?
Will it function like the other house where you can live with your spouse and children (children bedroom)?

The place looks really great. Lots of space, nice atmospheare. Not at all just a player home for warriors, but a home you can relax in.
dragonwoodkeeven 2012年12月8日 21時03分
EXCELLENT! This is as fine a house mod as I have seen. For most people to use it in the game though perhaps you should think about deleting some of the barrels for manniquinns. A few weapons placks maybe. The entire layout was original to me. I am impressed!

really nice mod, might need to work on the stairs that lead to teh house a bit. and i do suggest you looking into the nevmash inside the house, i did a bit test by spawning NPCs in the room, and it seems like the rooms are not fully covereed by navmash since the NPCs spawned in some area will just standing there doing nothing when they shall be interact with objects around follow navmash.
Elrathi  [作成者] 2012年12月4日 4時13分
Hey! Thank you both for the positive feedback :)

I must say that some decoratinal decisions, such as the carpets and piled shelves, are there just to illustrate how loaded this Seviseth guy was :D The idea of having nice storage options close to the crafting spots is a good one, I will think about adding that later on. I'm just trying to be very to keep the house looking like it could actually fit into the vanilla world, with a heavier average of detail, of course. Let's see how things develop :)
larryddd 2012年12月4日 2時16分
Theres a mod called Collectors Vault on steam which has what I was trying to explain about the mannies next to the various workstations, its not a house just a basement but you would get the idea.will be keeping your house because it has so much potential.
larryddd 2012年12月4日 2時11分
ok have checked the house out and cant find any bugs or anything. love the layout of the houses three levels, I think it need a slight tidy up like the rolls of carpets everywhere and also there was a couple of places where there was a cupboard on top of another cupboard. also I think my follower would need a better bed than those in the basement (beds are ok just the skins on top). miss a couple of mannies nice to have one in the basement for my smithing clothes, could do with one or two more maybe one in the alchemy room for the alchemy and enchanting clothes. also one in the bedroom for your favourite outfit. These are just idea's from my own point of view so no biggy. really nice work and keen to know what you will be doing with it in the future. thanks

am going to download this and try it out, will let you know
Snooberry 2012年12月3日 16時16分
Downloading now! I'll check it out and offer some feedback, but I think it'll be as perfect as the sceenies show! After trying to do some world-space modding myself (and failing) I see how much work must have gone into this! Great job!!!
