Indeed - as Araragi-ku said, the POV settings are within the .xtbl files, and can be adjusted for each camera mode (unarmed, melee, armed for every weapon, aiming for every weapon, etc).

It might take you some time to change everything, so experiment with one setting and then use Ctlr+F to find the rest. You can use a program like Notepad to edit these files, no problem.

NOTE: Make sure that when you save the file, you have selected ANSI encoding; the default UTF-8 encoding can cause the game to crash, as far as I know.

@OnePunchEJ no I guess. All fov variables are prescribed in xtbl files. Maybe you can change it via gameplay script or by using cheat engine. Non workshop FPS mod still is the best solution.

@OnePunchEJ no because it's using files that does not supported by workshop. If somobody will publish it here that will be looks like "please download this files here and unpack them here"

If you mean "How can I add this to my game?", then just click the [+ Subscribe] button above

Or if you mean "Where can I find this in-game?", just head to one of the Gun Stores (as shown in the video) and buy the "Selfie Cam". It should automatically appear on the weapon wheel, but you can "Access Gateway Weapons" to choose it again, or another small weapon.

Saints Row 1 is a no, unless you're talking of either the Xbox 360 game, or ROM'd it for PC. It was console exclusive, never released on PC. But, I do have the rest on PC.

@PlasmaJedi It would be nice but I don't see room of improvement. I can't add new camere settings to free_camera.xtbl. Maybe it would be possible to change existed settings but workshop mods don't support it and that changes could break some game moment

@Nikalya I can but it causing some problem. Model is't attached to the hand and after some animation it will be "fly" around wrist so for better result the model need to be hidden. If more people will ask for this I will hide the model. Otherwise I can pack mod with defaul pose for you
