Is it possible to adjust the Head of the WED- 15, because it's a bit annoying to always adjust your own view so so the eyes/head heads towards the intended location.

The Vox menu is definitely not in Gmod...but it is not required for Vox scripts to work. Vox is basically a scripted voice..kinda like what you would hear in CS:S and CS:GO when a bot throws a grenade.
