Actually Richard is the name of the mask and the name of the owner of the mask in Jackets consciousness giving him questions so he remembers himself before he wakes up in a hospital bed and is seen in other characters dreams in the second game. He doesn't really exist but instead a sign of incoming danger than warns characters in their mind before it happens. It would be cool if the real voice actor for Jackets tape recorder voiced this character too and maybe that might happen in the future. Overall I think this is the best mod overall for this whole game. He is also not owned by OVERKILL at all but in the game because OVERKILL got permission from Dennaton Games. Technically the PayDay version is canon but he isn't owned by them.
