Okay, fixed. Re done my list and I get back some mods and your's is back. Still have some mods missing in the Intrigue tab but, it's not your problem. :D

Looks like this mode is not actually working on the last 3.3 version. Nothing appears anymore in the right click menu.

someone said that focuses don't work for landless characters. So it likely removes it soon after adding it to a landless character.

I'm not sure if my family members really change their focus. After changing their focus the icon is visible to me for a few seconds.
Also when I start a savegame with this mod, the option "Do your Duty" will not show up.

Does this also work on spouses and in-laws? Can I force my wife to focus on Family so we can both wield the benefits of it?
