I've actually been looking across all the classes cosmetics for a bandana like this, in terms of it going over the nose and down into the shirt. I'm not too fond of the skull though, so hopefully a blank style could be made as well (that's just my preference though)

Put the bandana higher up on pyro's face and remove the ability for it to move with your facial expressions and I'd say it would be ready for the game.
