I had a bit of trouble with this part one of leaving New Haven. For whatever reason, The Amtrak trains wouldn't move. The first run through I let the train sit for a while (20 minutes or so) and the trains all just sat there. I then restarted and after waiting a few, I checked the switches and the result was they were locked by on or the other of the two Amtrak trains. I have had this happen in the past with other scenarios and I found that by entering and exiting the world editor, I could usually get past the issue. So, I did this. The first time it released one, and upon doing this the second time, it finally cleared and I was able to complete the scenario.
Just to mention, I was able to tab approval on the first signal (prior the CSX leaving marker) but denied on the second leading to the above.
