I know about bodygroup. However, these models doesn't have a bodygroup option for gloves.

SSAWKIHICTS, that's because its a bodygroup. Hold C, right click the body and then you can change their appeirance such as the gloves. It will be under bodygroups. From Hitman :Original_Assassin:

I encountered an interesting bug. Sometimes, these soldiers are spawned with gloves, sometimes they don't. Don't know why.

Well of course they're not NPCs, xcman1209, they're ragdolls. You could just use the Model Manipulator and make NPCs with those.
