So wanted to do without clues....had figured out pretty much all things I read in the clues, but it was when @wildgoosespeeder pointed out "There is a reason for...a big gap when you cross initially." that everything suddenly clicked. I had the right idea but for some reason was trying to use the angled plate. How frustrating to have the right idea and be so stupid at the same time. Thanks for the puzzle.

Nice map. I too played RedSilencer's version first. Thumbs up.

Great puzzle. I played @RedSilencer’s version(s) of your map before this, which is also good, but you deserve full credit for coming up with the original – big thumbs up.

Very clever and challenging. I enjoyed it a lot. I didn't use the first funnel in the last part, so it was an unintended solution. I did it exactly as saw in the video unitl riding the orange funnel with gel behind me. When i reached the first room with the gel behind i just shot in the with panel close to the stairs and create a portal with the same color as the portal of the funnel in the second room, so the remaining few gel felt down close to the stairs. . The intended solution was more elegant. Thanks for this

Fun and straightforward :) I just disliked the fact that you can trap yourself if you take the blue funnel across the water where the blue gel is at the beginning. Other than that everything was smooth :)
azertyuiop 2016 年 3 月 18 日 下午 2:33
Nice, I think you should add a block of goo at the foot of the white surface near the stairs because we can bypass the first funnel to paint the floor.
Rector 2016 年 3 月 18 日 上午 10:17
Excellent puzzle! That was so satisfying, though I did let the gel go back in the second funnel (not the one at the entrance), go through the funnel, then quickly reverse it to let the gel back into the portal and ultimately on the floor.

Thumbs up and favorited! :p2cube: :LIS_star:

Thanks for feedback. I added video-walkthrough . I was hoping that i fixed all unintended solutions but unfortunately i didn't. Can you provide demo or video please? I didn't understand what you mean in description to your solution in my puzzle.
About unoptimized space in my map, this really obvious connections and made it specially for design(like you minimize number of white walls in your maps). I am really upset that you had bad emotions after playing my puzzle.
RedSilencer 2016 年 3 月 10 日 下午 12:35
Side note: I recognize that this is an old map, but I still feel inclined to point out how unoptimized the space used in this map is. A bit over sized and funky alignment of the walls coupled with invisible connections (albeit obvious connections) provided an over-all unenjoyable experience for me.
RedSilencer 2016 年 3 月 10 日 下午 12:35
Well, I'm not sure if I did this the intended way. I used a 5 block cube dead-drop onto the button next to the entrance-side funnel such that I could have enough time to move out of the funnel (after passing through the portal) such that I could have a reversed polarity on the opposite side of the gap with my portal still intact on the entrance-side funnel. If this is part of the intended solution, I feel obligated to leave a dislike for such a risky maneuver... This was unfortunately the only idea that ever came to my mind. I see no other way of placing the cube on the entrance-side button without a way back across the gap. I thought of this maneuver early on after reverse-engineering the solution and thinking "there's no way he would ask the player to do this..."

If anybody could confirm or refute my hypothesis, that would be much appreciated.

Took me well over an hour and then turns out to be simple. Perfect..

That was good. There is a reason for two funnels that start in opposite directions, both have polarity switch buttons, and a big gap when you cross initially.

extremely, frustratingly, clever. I am surprised that the two funnels appear to be of different strength

Wow, great puzzle, this took quite a bit of thought. Well thought out, great use of logic!
SkyRoots 2012 年 11 月 18 日 下午 12:15
Yes, quite brilliant! I agree with Innocentive. I knew what to do, but it took some thinking to figure out how to do it. Great logic!
Innocentive 2012 年 11 月 16 日 上午 4:02
Brilliant logic puzzle with a little skill part. Very well done ... have been looking for a puzzle like this for a long time now.Very well done. You had me running back forth for a bit after I had the cube. Title is fitting. On the constructive criticism part, lighting could be a bit better imo. Thanks for sharing this map!
