@hunter.powell987 yeah, it's probably the template that i used for the building. I have played with unlock all mod since day one so I pay no attention to requirements. You can meet the requirements it states, turn on unlock all, use RICO, findit, etc.

@josephstylin' if it says: Assets: Building, Unique Building on a workshop page ... then it will always have to be plopped. Additionally.....any building on the workshop that has a footprint that is larger than 4x4 will always have to be plopped.

@icanthinkofaname it comes with the asset. you can use find it and type in "cs" or "logo-cs"

@cakedude53batoman i've made dozens of buildings in richmond, va. Macy's, Best Buy, Subway, Bed Bath and Beyond, Home Depot, Target, Walmart, Autozone, Fresh Market, Car Max.....
