One of my first maps ever since GMOD10... I was wondering if you are okay with providing a clean .vmf file for this map (to avoid doing a decompilation) I would like to give it a slightly rework, basically change the lighting to it, recompile in HDR + adding gmod13 features such as env_skypaint support, tweaked fog, expensive water etc... I think this map could benefit a lot from it, higher sun angles for better looks I think it is too down making most of the trains look dark. Maybe one or another re-texturing aswell for the rails... But I'm simply asking first. I'd love to get a positive response!

Any way to get a navmesh of this map? Nav_generate tries to do it but my game closes during generating walking space.

I have Ep 2, which fixes most textures in transport, but this is almost entirely missing textures.

Buy and install EP1 and EP2, then press the game controller icon in the bottom of your screen in gmod. Restart Gmod and then play.

I love that this map has tunnels! And the curves on the rails on this map are almost as smooth as the curves on gm_freedom_city. And like other maps you've made, it behaves very realistically, looks beautiful, and has enough roads and tracks to drive cars and trains on. So, of course, I love this map! :steamhappy:

@KAZOOIE 911 re read what you said, you are letting go of two full length trains, if that crashes you it is your computer or your anti-virus software (If it is norton anti virus, now you know). But to be fair it could easily be both

When im playing on this map because I use axis to attach the wheels and the train.Anyways,I have to slow down because I will just sort of stumble over the tracks and crash into a mountain or something like that lol.

The map is 98% perfect for me, I hav to slow down a little before the track switches and to fix textures u need to make sure ur mounted games are updated to steampipe, to do that just go to the steam settings of the game u hav mounted and need for this map then go to betas and where it saysnone- output betas, click on it and choose allow betas or somethin like that and start up the game, if u dont fine the allow betas thing just make sure ur game atomatically updates and start it, when started u can close it and start gmod.

@atsf 500 use sligwolf's tain addons, they work fien but u have to slow down befre the switches but still quite fast.

Yep is work almost perfect! Just slow down before the track switches, but u can take the corners fast!

To everyone with :missing: PROBLEMS!:

ENABLE YOUR INDIVIDUAL GAME CONTENT FROM THE GMOD MAIN MENU!

Just click the little checkmark next to each game that isn't checked, restart gmod if need be (I had to in order to get the game content to activate within gmod), and problem solved.

To all those having this problem, I would almost be willing to place money HL2 Ep.2 is not checked on that menu.

It's used to work fine till garry broke Gmod. When I opened up the map all the textures were missaligned and/or broken. Don't have the time to fix it at this point...

Nice map, LOVE the working level crossing, but so many missing textures and lua errors. think u can patch it up the beat u can? plz? :spycon::spycon::spycon::crate:
