Look for lines 39-41 -
SWEP.Primary.ClipSize = 2
SWEP.Primary.ClipMax = 2
SWEP.Primary.DefaultClip = 2

And set the value there.

Rob, the clients shouldn't need CS:S for the addon to work, however they will see an error model instead of the weapon. If the server doesn't have CS:S installed for some reason, the dropped weapon's physics will be buggy.

Smithy, follow this guide http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Server/Workshop . the ID is 106409027, and remember it will only work on TTT.

It should appear under the traitor equipment menu in TTT. Either subscribe and run a listen server, or subscribe to it on a dedicated server running TTT, as outlined in this guide: http://wiki.garrysmod.com/page/Server/Workshop . Of course it will not work in Sandbox or any gamemodes other than Trouble in Terrorist Town.
