Do you have to animate every addon character that's downloaded? Every time I download an addon and spawn it in gmod it's just a ragdoll that doesn't do anything. There aren't like walking cycles that come with it or anything?

I only port and enhance what already exists in other game. I do not make my own models.

so if you made this make other raptors such as:owls(yes please),falcons(another yes please),you already have eagles just add another skin(bald eagles),and hawks(awesome) and have variation such as types of the birds like barn owls, elf owls, great horned owls ect... also keep the posing
