just because this is a website does not mean you can get memz or wannacrypt or Offiz.JS.Trojan,

i mean you can just as well use a white material and then just use color tool to color it in ANY color but i guess this works too

The debug white if applied in non-regular shapes (like a curved one) will create various shades of color depending on the map lighing. It's not useless, is just people who doesn't know how it works...

It's pretty useless. Just select the material debug white and then color it green, or whatever color you need.

Lol people stop asking how to use this.
Don't you know how the green screen works?
Take a photo / a video and cut the green screen out (this is called chroma keying).
Used it with Sony Vegas, really cool stuff, thank you Coverop

No wait, thats wrong but is is what I have been doing. There are somethings that can have their materials changed (like the breen broadcast in the start of city 17). This tool kind of has a selective use.
