you can't unfortunately, long story short, I've used the source engine scripting for vehicles and it doesn't support siren, lightbars etc. directly, in gmod you might be able add them as external objects and weld to the vehicle (don't know if sirens are available, but it should be possible to add lights to vehicles)

simfphys actually wasn't removed, it was just rebranded to LVS Fake physics, so go ahead and go get it!

i installed this 2 years ago, but i uninstalled this, becuase i find simfphyisc cars, with rng for cars and coloreable, but now simfphysc was removed of workshop, and i only can use your mod

This addon is amazing, however there are 2 issues:
- the Sisu XA-180 (the army rescue vehicle from Blood Harvest) and Midnight Riders bus isn't included in this addon
- wheels in prop cars are incorrectly placed (this also applies to your other source vehicle addons)
