I don't want ALL of them deleted, nor can I hold myself from clicking on map markers.

Seriously you should be able to control yourself clicking on fast travel or NOT ! Just sayin...
But im pretty sure there is a command to delete all detected Map Markers you just have to google it.

I want a mod that removes map markers. It's hard to NOT act by impulses?!
You want to travel on foot... But the damn map marker is there, teasing the living skyrim out of you, forcing you to click on it and FAST TRAVEL. If it is there, you will always use it. If it is GONE - no more temptations.

If you want to get to your destination by feet/horse, I think you should feel free to do it... even with Map Markers ^^ :D

What I mean is - make a mod that makes the map have less markers, so the player would need to walk around more to get to their destination.

You feel annoyed by Map Markers? They are only visible on the map...

To unlock all markers you can do a command TTM 1 <----- the command

Just e in console tmm 1 and you can get all marks and fast travel . Add new mods and re do it to update map :)
