Seems like the Bokeh has been broken for years as far as I can remember. Setting the sliders according to the first pic just makes everything blurry, no distance is in focus. I still have a screenshot of when it was working all the way back in 2017.

I don't know what you mean by "less sickening", but the motion blur is hardcoded into the game, mods can only control its settings, and it cannot do what you want it to.

I'm afraid that's not my inquiry, could you make it so that it gives (less sickening) motion blur to objects (so that they look like they're moving and not frozen in air in screenshots and stuff), or is it already a feature but there's something wrong with my game, or pc?

You can disable the motion blur completely in the Post Processing tab of the spawn menu.
