Random idea:
When you are wearing them and are standing on top of a Sentry Gun or a Dispenser, AND being healed by a dispenser, you can be overhealed.

These KIND OF look like the default boots, if you could add something to them to make them *stand out* this would be even better! But, as mansiel said, i am giving this an 8/10 for its fantastic work.
