Since this isn't in DotA yet, maybe you should try and rework the model. I know you must have put a lot of effort into this, but if a glow effect and giggle bones can't be added to the sword it might not get accepted. Try removing the little ribbon part or remodel the blade so it can glow. Aside from that, this item is really unique and I would want to own one if it gets in.

Very well done, however it needs more work. Specifically, make the cloth at the end movable, or remove it and come up with another idea. It looks far too unnatural in its current state. A glow on the sword would be nice, but not required.

Juggernaut did nothing but trained and worked out after his exile, so i think he could handle his omnislash with this one (btw what are cooldowns for? :D )

mm maybe , but swinging this sword would be easier with that kind of armor and I won't be able to make better armor + that flag on his back with given polycount
